Seeing The Opportunity

Long before Bonbebe became Bonbebe Kindergarten+CLC, it had already earned the trust of families within its community.

Yet like many growing organisations, Bonbebe eventually faced an important question:

Building For What’s Next (2019 → Today)

Bonbebe’s relationship with Ascentso did not begin with the Kindergarten+CLC transformation.

The journey began in 2019 when Bonbebe’s principal Ms. Wong Siew Ee engaged Ascentso to develop its website and strengthen its digital presence.

The project included website development, copywriting, content structuring, and customer-focused communication designed to help parents better understand Bonbebe’s educational philosophy and offerings.

More importantly, the website was developed using Ascentso’s EvoWebsite™ framework.

Under the leadership of Ms. Wong Siew Ee — a Master’s-qualified early childhood educator with more than a decade of leadership experience — Bonbebe had already built a reputation centred on care, learning, and child development.

Her belief that children thrive when given respect, encouragement, and meaningful opportunities to grow was visible not only in the curriculum, but also in the culture of the organisation.

This became an important distinction during the BrandStory™ process.

The objective was never to create a new philosophy.

Positioning developed through BrandStoryTM, Ascentso’s strategic brand narrative framework.

The concept of 初心 (chūxīn), often translated as “beginning heart”, reflects a belief that sits at the centre of Bonbebe’s educational philosophy.

Parents give many things to children throughout life.

The first is life itself.

The second is the opportunity to develop character, confidence, empathy, values, and resilience during the years that matter most.

While academic learning remains important, the formative years often shape something even more fundamental — the person a child eventually becomes.

The accompanying Chinese expression:

extends this philosophy further.

同心护育 reflects a shared commitment between parents and educators to nurture and protect a child’s development together.

共伴成长 reflects the belief that growth is not a journey undertaken by the child alone, but one shared by families, teachers, and the wider learning community.

Rather than introducing a new philosophy, the positioning gave clearer expression to values that had long been present within Bonbebe’s culture and educational approach.

The result was not merely a tagline.

It became a narrative foundation that helped guide communication, customer experience, and future growth.

More importantly, it provided a clearer answer to an important question:

What does Bonbebe stand for?

The answer was never simply childcare.
