Astrix™ Challenge — Terms & Conditions

The Astrix™ Challenge (“Challenge”) is organised by ASCENTSO SDN. BHD. (“ASCENTSO”), a company registered in Malaysia.

The Challenge is conducted exclusively through ASCENTSO’s official website at www.ascentso.com.

The Challenge is open to individuals and businesses who interact with Astrix™ through the official website.

Every eligible participant who correctly identifies Astrix™’s business role qualifies for promotional credits, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Each individual or business is entitled to one successful claim. Duplicate, fraudulent or automated entries may be disqualified.

Eligible participants receive promotional credits based on their purchase currency:

• MYR1,000 for purchases in Malaysian Ringgit.
• SGD300 for purchases in Singapore Dollars.

Every eligible participant who correctly identifies Astrix™’s role qualifies. The Challenge is not a lucky draw.

Credits are applicable towards qualifying ASCENTSO products, services and training programmes purchased through www.ascentso.com.

Promotional credits are redeemable subject to the following conditions:

a. A minimum purchase of MYR4,000 or SGD1,200, before applying promotional credits, is required.

b. Multiple eligible products, services or programme registrations may be combined under a single invoice to meet the minimum purchase requirement.

c. Special exception: Two registrations for the AI-Powered Digital Marketing Programme, totalling MYR3,998, qualify for MYR1,000 in promotional credits.

d. Only one promotional credit redemption is permitted per qualifying invoice, regardless of the number of participating purchasers.

e. Minimum purchase requirements exclude applicable taxes and third-party charges.

f. Credits must be redeemed at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively to completed transactions.

Promotional credits:

a. Are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

b. Cannot be converted between MYR and SGD.

c. Cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or vouchers unless expressly permitted.

d. Cannot be divided across multiple invoices.

e. Must be redeemed in full against a qualifying purchase. Any unused balance will be forfeited.

The Challenge runs from 12 August 2026 to 31 December 2026, unless extended or concluded earlier.

Promotional credits are valid for 90 calendar days from the date of issuance.

Unredeemed credits expire automatically after the validity period.

Participants must provide reasonable information requested by ASCENTSO to verify successful participation and eligibility.

Redemption must be arranged through ASCENTSO’s official website or its designated enquiry channels.

ASCENTSO reserves the right to reject duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible claims.

ASCENTSO reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Challenge where reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving technical issues, misuse or events beyond its control.

Any changes will be published on the official website. Changes will not retrospectively invalidate promotional credits already issued to eligible participants, except in cases of fraud or misuse.

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Personal information collected in connection with the Challenge will be handled in accordance with ASCENTSO’s Privacy Notice.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
